The Vault: WWE Multi Signed/Autographed Spinner Belt

With all the excitement for WrestleMania coming up I thought it was a good time to share one of my belts. I will preface this by saying that I am working on a full belt collection review that I know many of you have been waiting for – that will be hopefully shared within the next few days. In the meantime, let’s get to this one of a kind item!

What we are looking at today is a WWE Spinner belt that is autographed by John Cena, Shawn Michaels, The Miz, and & The Great Khali. A random mix of superstars that makes for a pretty unique signed item. Let’s take a look at each with a little bit of backstory of how I got each of these signatures in person.

John Cena – the face that ran the place for decades. Cena’s contributions to WWE are up there with the all time greats including Hogan, Rock, & Austin. He carried the company on his shoulders year after year and will no doubt go down in history as one of the best ever. The belt was signed by Cena during a live event held in Chicago after a match. He came around ring side and I happen to be sitting in the front row with my belt and marker ready to go. I have covered this previously (he also give me his ring worn shirt) in another post – for full details & videos on this epic story click here.

Here is a video of Cena signing the belt in person from a previous post.

Next let’s take a look at Mr. WrestleMania HBK Shawn Michaels. Someone who I consider to be the greatest in ring performer of all time. When it came down to main event matches no one outperformed HBK, ever. His title of Mr. WrestleMania is fitting as his body of work can not be matched. I met Shawn several years ago in New York City during a promotional event for his hunting company.

It was truly an honor to meet him and to be honest I was so star struck I don’t even remember exactly the conversation we had. We spoke for several minutes, I did mention a few of my favorite matches, and we also spoke about his match with Ric Flair. He signed the belt with a beautiful large autograph down the strap. A memory I will never forget from one of my favorites of all time.

Now onto the most must see superstar The Miz! Love him or hate him you can not deny the passion this guy has for the business. He has be a constant in the WWE family for so long now that you can not deny his ability to stay relevant for so long.

I met the Miz in Chicago during a autograph signing. He was very nice, down to earth, and even joked around with everyone that met him. At the time of signing he held the Money in the Bank briefcase and would become WWE champion shortly after. When I showed him the belt to sign he immediately said “Ah yes, this will be good practice for when I have the real strap.” Classic Miz signature with name and drawing.

Finally we move to perhaps one of the least seen signatures, the Great Khali, who was known to not sign too many autographs and to have limited fan interaction due to his ongoing health issues. We all know the story, Khali came into WWE and was given a monster push from the start due to his massive size (remember the Punjabi Prison match? That was crazy).

Unfortunately his size came along with many health issues that eventually led to him leaving the company. Even if his in ring work was lacking, he did become a massive star especially in his home country of India where he is still considered a huge draw.

I was at a WWE PPV years ago and was lucky to be sitting front row again. After the match Khali came near ring side and saw me there. He came up to me and said “Are you from India?” to which I replied “no, I’m from Pakistan.” I wasn’t sure how he would react to that but he then said “We are all brothers.” I will never forget that moment, class act by Khali. I then asked him to sign the belt and the rest is history.

These are the signatures on the belt so far and I hope to add more in the future of other WWE Champions once it is safe to travel again. Did you enjoy this post? Great!
