TMNT Turtle Sub + Ninja AT-3 Vehicle Set Unboxings
AP is back with another Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtle unboxing – this time I am opening up two vehicle play sets! Today we are checking out the TMNT Turtle Sub with Donnie figure + TMNT AT-3 Vehicle with Leo. Both of these sets come with exclusive action figures that are not available separately. Let’s kick shell!
The front and back packaging for both sets have that classic Nickelodeon look with bright colors and the large window showing off the goods inside. Each vehicle has some “action” buttons shooting out plastic parts to take care of the Foot Clan.
“When menacing mutants sink to new lows, the Turtles are ready to make waves. Donatello-designed for deep dives to sink Shredder or capsize the Kraang – this rig is ready for sewer surveillance, sub-sea stealth and aquatic assault.”
Decent size on this submarine that measures approximately 4.75 x 8.75 x 7.5 inches and is completely made of plastic, as expected.
It is in the shape of a turtle which is a nice touch. The side of the sub has a missile blaster while the Donatello figure fits inside of the sub to close the “underwater stealth shell” on top.
I like the choice of black colored weapons that are included, Don comes with a divers knife and classic bow.
Let’s take a look at the Leo set. Again, this set comes with a exclusive figure which has Leo in a baseball outfit type look which I quite like. We have an all terrain 3-wheeler with spring-loaded grenade launcher – Shredder better watch his back! This is approximately 5.5X7.75X4.25 inches in size and is one solid piece.
“When the battle goes from the streets to the sewers, the Turtles are ready! Introducing the Turtles’ new Three-wheeled machine that runs on all terrains. The Ninja AT-3 is designed and built for any conditions and hitting extreme speeds. Equipped with a grenade launcher, this mean machine can take down the Kraang, Foot or anyone else that get in its way.”
Previously at Action Pak’d I unboxed the Raphael from this same line of vehicles which included the Stealth Bike – check that out by clicking here.
Overall a nice series of vehicles from the Nickelodeon line of Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtle figures and playsets – cowabunga! Though I’m not a huge fan of the Nick version of the turtles I do like these figure variants that are unique with the vehicles. Check them out below with brother Ralph along for the ride.
